There are different types of water the machine will make. It starts of with 8.5, 9.0 and 9.5 alkaline water. The alkalinity scale runs from 0 to 14. 7 being neutral, above 7 is alkaline and below 7 is acidic. Now we want to be around 7…but most of us are around 5. You can easily test this by going to the drug store and buy some PH test strips. First thing in the morning, test you saliva or urine before you eat or drink anything and this will give you a great idea of how alkaline or acidic you are. 95% of all Americans are very acidic.
